We are a fourth generation family Butchers. A  busy butchers and bakers based in Frodsham, Cheshire. We still practice traditional methods of Butchery along with our extensive bakery team making tens of thousands pies very week. We are a friendly and hard working team with a zest and passion for quality food and its provenance.

We are looking for a  full time butchery apprentice. We are looking for a keen and driven individual who would like to be part of a busy and thriving butchery and bakery team.

You will learn all sides to modern and traditional butchery, from whole carcass butchery right through to sausage making and then on to counter sales and customer service.
