Müller UK & Ireland focuses on continuous learning to develop, not only the business, but their people. They are now recruiting Level 5 Apprenticeship Dairy Technologists across both their Yogurt & Desserts and Milk & Ingredients sites!
This 2-year Apprenticeship will prepare you to become a top-class Müller professional for their Technical, Continuous Improvement, Production, Process and Quality teams. And they’ll provide the right environment for you to take on a variety of tasks. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Getting involved in aspects of manufacturing, process and optimisation
- Understanding how a dairy operation works
- Working towards achieving a Level 5 Advanced Dairy Technologist qualification
The learning won’t stop there though. It’s a life’s journey, a career, a passion! Further development and training opportunities are available for those who want to pursue these!
You will receive your training through distance learning modules and on-site at the training provider’s facility. The remaining time will be spent putting the know-how to practice and good use in the business – all helped and nurtured by workplace mentors. You will also complete 3 month placements in rotation, throughout the company to help you develop as you learn.
