Service Support Administrator

Key duties/responsibilities:

  • Answer phone to manage queries (predominantly Service related calls)
  • Respond to enquiries (predominantly Service related enquiries)
  • Provide Service Manager, Matt Howell with full admin back up and support
  • To support the business to improve use of Catalyst and internal systems to operate and record data efficiently
  • Email service quotes
  • Work with Manufacturer and Company accreditation procedures, including Health & Safety in Service area
  • Grow the after sales business with excellent customer service, warranty, season check and service reminders
  • Support Parts Department with phones and over the counter assistance
  • Work to assist the Service and Parts Departments to improve their admin efficiencies
  • Work to assist the growing Hire Department to improve their admin efficiencies
