As an apprentice at Sprinks Farm, you will complete the Level 2 Butchery Apprenticeship which includes handling meat and packing. The apprentice will be preparing products for customers, preparation of value adding products (burgers, sausages, etc.), sales and butchery health and safety.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The apprentice will achieve a intermediate apprenticeship at Level 2 Butchery. Which can progress you onto an advanced apprenticeship at Level 3.
The apprentice will be expected to come to Reaseheath College one day per week and the course will take 12 to 18 months depending on previous experience.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Full time roles available within butchery settings and the chance to progress onto Level 3 Butchery Apprenticeship.
