A mixed family farm based on the outskirts of Wem running a beef finishing unit, sheep flock and arable enterprises. We are looking for an apprentice to join our small team where training opportunities will be given to complete the Level 3 qualification. Forward thinking farming practices supporting environmental schemes and livestock production with modern machinery and excellent handling facilities.
- Daily feeding of beef cattle with a TMR
- Stock checking on sheep flock
- Assisting with routine management operations
- General farm yard duties
- Machinery maintenance
