Ice Cream Manufacturing

On our one-day Ice Cream Manufacturing course, you will learn all about the technological and commercial principles underpinning the manufacture of ice cream.

There are no entry requirements to join this course – you’ll just need a keen interest in how ice cream is made!

This one-day course will be running in our outstanding BRC Grade AA certified Food Centre. Our Food Centre is internationally renowned as a leading educational institution within the food and drink sector and has one of the best processing halls in Europe.
