If you’re looking to gain a good understanding of factors effecting food safety, this one-day course is a great option for you.
There are no specific entry requirements, but the course is ideal for anyone working in catering, manufacturing or a retail setting where food is prepared, cooked and handled.
On this course you will study the following topics: Legislation, Food Safety Standards, Temperature Control, Refrigeration, Chilling and Cold Holding, Food Handling, Principles of Safe Food Storage, Cleaning Food Premises and Equipment.
Following the course, you will be assessed with a multiple-choice exam.
