On this Level 2 HACCP course you will develop the knowledge and practical skills needed to implement a HACCP plan in your workplace. You will also gain a basic knowledge of food safety systems and work within a HACCP team.
To book onto this course, you must have already completed the Level 2 Food Safety qualification.
You will be assessed on what you have learnt with a multiple-choice exam.
This one-day course will be held in our outstanding BRC Grade AA certified Food Centre.
