If you are looking for the knowledge and practical skills needed to be able to effectively audit food safety management systems, this is the course for you.

After you have completed the course, you will be able to demonstrate knowledge of food safety systems and plan and conduct an effective audit.

This course is ideal for anyone involved in practical auditing or inspection of food premises in the workplace.
