On this Level 3 Food Safety course, you will develop an understanding of factors affecting food safety. After completing this 3-day course, you will be able to:
- Implement and supervise food safety management systems
- Understand the concept of food hazards and risk associated with them
- Appreciate the risks linked to cross contamination
- Understand the role temperature has to play on the control of food safety
You will be assessed on what you have learnt with a multiple-choice exam.
This three-day course will next be running Monday 7th – Wednesday 9th June 2021 in our outstanding BRC Grade AA certified Food Centre.
