By completing a Level 3 HACCP course, you will gain the understanding you need to be able to explain the management and implementation of HACCP-based procedures. This could be a vital skill you need either in your current or future job role.
This is a one-day course which will next be held on Monday 17th May, 09:00am – 5:00pm in our outstanding BRC Grade AA certified Food Centre.
To book onto this course, you must have already completed the Level 2 HACCP qualification.
