This five-day course is designed to help you develop an understanding of the factors effecting food safety. If you are a manager working in a catering, manufacturing or retail setting and you are responsible for managing food safety systems, this would be a great course for you!
This course will teach you how to:
- Implement and manage food safety management systems
- Understand the concept of food hazards and risks associated with them
- Appreciate the risks linked to cross contamination
- Understand the role temperature has to play on the control of food safety
To book a place, you will need to have already completed the Level 3 Award in Food Safety.
The course costs £800 and will take place in the Reaseheath Food Centre, which is internationally renowned as a leading educational institution within the food and drink sector and has one of the best processing halls in Europe.
