Yoghurt Manufacturing

During the course you will learn to:

  • Be aware of the requirements of the code of practice for the composition and the labelling of yoghurt
  • Understand the technology of yoghurt ingredients
  • Formulate yoghurt to meet required quality attributes
  • Understand the manufacturing process including operating principles of processing equipment
  • Understand the causes of common quality faults

There are no entry requirements to join this two-day course.

The course costs £550 and will take place in our outstanding BRC Grade AA certified Food Centre. Our Food Centre is internationally renowned as a leading educational institution within the food and drink sector and has one of the best processing halls in Europe.
