We offer a wide range of land-based qualifications and accredited food courses to support businesses like you to be fully qualified and safe in the work that you do.

Our portfolio of courses (including NPTC and RTITB) has a strong focus on short courses to deliver the specialist skills required for a Certificate of Competence (CoC) qualification. Some of these qualifications are required for a licence to practise activities or for membership of a CPD register.

Having industry-leading facilities and experts means that we are able to offer a wide selection of courses across the food industry, from looking at the various ways to butcher a pig, through new product development process from concept to launch.

All of our qualifications are developed with industry experts and employers to ensure that they support the skill needs of today’s industry. Our qualifications provide a great mix of practical skills and theoretical knowledge. Our certificates demonstrate you have the ability to do a job to an industry recognised standard.

Accelerate Programme

Accelerate Cheshire and Warrington is a £30M programme that has been designed to support businesses to reskill and upskill their current workforce. This programme is in partnership with the University of Chester and is partly funded by the European Social Fund.
